2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

2.2 Geographic Eligibility
ev77 primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. Opening an account or using the service from regions where online gaming is legally prohibited is not permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that use of this platform is lawful from their location.
2.3 One Person, One Account
Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and the deposited balance may be forfeited.
3 Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Registration Requirements
When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the associated balance.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
ev77 may request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. This may include:
- Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- Proof of current address
- Proof of ownership of the payment method
- Any additional information ev77 considers necessary
ev77 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
3.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify ev77 immediately.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
Funds can currently be deposited on ev77 using the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. Deposits via any method other than these three mobile financial services are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Withdrawal processing generally takes between 10 and 45 minutes
- Withdrawal requests are only accepted from verified accounts
- Withdrawals will be sent via the same method used for the deposit
- Withdrawals will be held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met
4.3 Payment Verification
ev77 reserves the right to verify identity and ownership of the payment method during deposit and withdrawal processing. If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, ev77 may immediately freeze the relevant funds and conduct an investigation.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user may use each bonus offer only once
- Wagering requirements must be completed within a specified time period after receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, ev77 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings
- A bonus cannot be converted directly to cash; it can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met
- It is not possible to activate a new bonus while one is already active
5.4 VIP Program
ev77 has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6 Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
Once a bet is successfully registered, the user will receive a confirmation. If no confirmation is received due to a technical issue and the bet is not recorded in the system, that bet will be considered void.
6.2 Result Determination
The outcome of a game will be determined according to the official rules of that sport. ev77 collects results from official sources, and in the event of any dispute, ev77's decision will be considered final.
6.3 Bet Cancellation
A bet may be cancelled in the following cases:
- If the event is cancelled or postponed
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or system failure
- In cases of clear human or system error
- If evidence of match-fixing or manipulation is found
6.4 Live Betting
Odds may change rapidly during live betting. If odds change after a bet is placed but before the ev77 system has verified it, the bet will be registered at the new odds, or the bet will be cancelled and the original balance returned.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ev77 platform:
- Participating in fraudulent activities, match-fixing, or manipulation
- Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
- Gaming using automated software, bots, or scripts
- Using another person's account or renting out an account
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors for dishonest purposes
- Conducting cyberattacks against ev77 or other users
- Opening an account with a fraudulent identity
If evidence of involvement in such activities is found, the account will be immediately closed and all funds will be forfeited.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 ev77's Rights
ev77 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a violation of these Terms is found
- During fraudulent or suspicious activity
- When an investigation needs to be conducted
- In response to legal or regulatory demands
- If requested documents are not provided in a timely manner
8.2 Account Closure by the User
If a user wishes to close their account, they may contact the ev77 support team. All ongoing bets must be settled and withdrawal conditions met before the account is closed.
9 Privacy & Data Protection

By opening an account, you are considered to have accepted ev77's privacy policy. Your personal information is not sold to third parties and is used solely for the purpose of operating the platform and improving service quality.

12 Changes and Amendments
ev77 reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be given as much advance notice as possible in the case of significant changes.
If a user continues to use the platform after updated terms have been published, they will be considered to have accepted the new terms. It is therefore recommended to visit this page regularly.
If any part of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
